Brookbanks Estate Agents are Swanley’s longest established, local, independent team of property professionals. Brookbank’s felt that their existing identity had become tired and no longer stood out in a crowded high street, particularly with 3 competitors right on their doorstep. They were also keen to go for Pink as a brand colour.

After putting them through a Prowler Test, it was clear their key strength was as Swanley’s only independent, and longest running estate agent, giving them the freedom to move more flexibly than their chain rivals.

Working with Dominic and his team, we took the theme of movement and created a confident, clear and simple brand identity with the flexibility to work for all parts of the business. The new wordmark logo is designed to represent a row of houses along a street, and is able to adapt for each environment it’s used in.
