WHAT WE DID
We were approached by Senior Partner Colin Farrell to brand FFT's exhibition space at the 2019 SEC at the Olympic Stadium in London.
As one of the events main sponsors, the brief was to BRAND the space; create a strong talking point making full use of the space, so that anyone stepping into that area would know they were with FFT. It was a challenging space, but one with a lot of opportunities to do something different.
We were keen to explore a completely new approach for this type of event for FFT, avoiding the traditional banner and table setup usual of this type of exhibition. With the white walls providing the perfect blank canvas, the goal was to create the maximum impact when delegates entered the exhibition space.
Working with Vinyl Impression and their innovative SmartStick™ product, we proposed a series of 4 temporary wall wraps covering the main wall above the L-Shaped banquet seating and large pillar running through the centre of the floor. To compliment these we designed a series of 8 table-top vinyl covers providing information on some recently completed projects, as well as utilising the plasma in the centre of the main wall to draw more attention to the space. At the end of the day, all these coverings were able to be removed and reused without any damage to the venue, another condition in the initial brief. We were pleased to receive some great feedback from the other delegates and attendees, as well as staff at the venue.
